Coaching for New Hires

The first year on the job is a critical period for new employees, who may not yet be fully accustomed to the physical demands of their roles. With new hires being five times more likely to experience injury, it’s essential to provide them with the proper training and support from the outset. WORKFORM’s New Hire Coaching service addresses this by offering personalized, hands-on guidance on safe movement techniques for specific job related tasks. Our unique approach does not interfere with employers' hiring process at all, and is designed to be incorporated during onboarding the process. By incorporating these practices early in their careers, new hires are empowered to reduce strain on their bodies and avoid injuries that could otherwise impact their health and performance long-term.

Coaching for Employees Returning to Work

Approximately 50% of employees returning to work after missed time experience re-injury in some form. The risk for re-injury is at its highest during the first 6 months following return, and is significant for up to 4 years. To address this, WORKFORM offers specialized coaching for employees returning to work after an injury. Our licensed physical therapists work one-on-one with these employees to ensure they are safely re-integrated into their roles. By understanding each employee's physical condition and injury history we are able to tailor our coaching to meet their specific needs. Return to Work Coaching ensures employees have the tools and knowledge to perform their tasks safely, reducing the risk of re-injury as they return to their regular duties.

One-on-One Support for High-Risk Scenarios

Data shows that both new hires and employees returning to work after an injury are in high-risk situations, and it’s crucial that they receive personalized coaching to mitigate risk. WORKFORM’s New Hire & Return to Work Coaching service provides this personalized, one-on-one support, led by our licensed physical therapists. Whether coaching a new employee on safe lifting techniques or guiding a returning worker
through safe re-integration into their roles, WORKFORM provides tailored, hands-on instruction to address individual needs and concerns. This personalized approach ensures that employees are not only educated on proper body mechanics but also receive the support they need to feel confident and safe in their roles, reducing the likelihood of both initial injuries and re-injuries.
